Responsibilities:
- Design and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- Inspire Learning: Teach a variety of subjects, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Effective Communication: Establish strong connections by maintaining clear and open communication with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
- Classroom Management: Create a positive and respectful learning environment using effective behaviour management techniques and setting clear expectations.
- Monitor and Support Progress: Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and achievement.
- Inclusive Learning Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for students.
- Ongoing Professional Growth: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and advancements in education.
Requirements:
- A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum
