The ideal candidate will possess Qualified Teacher Status, be highly motivated, and have a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum. You will thrive in designing and delivering engaging lessons while building strong, positive relationships with students and colleagues. Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Inspire Learning: Teach a variety of subjects, fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
  • Effective Communication: Establish strong connections by maintaining clear and open communication with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.
  • Classroom Management: Create a positive and respectful learning environment using effective behaviour management techniques and setting clear expectations.
  • Monitor and Support Progress: Regularly assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and achievement.
  • Inclusive Learning Environment: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom that encourages active participation and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators and staff to enhance the educational experience for students.
  • Ongoing Professional Growth: Participate in professional development opportunities to stay informed about best practices and advancements in education.

 

Requirements:

  • A degree or PGCE in Primary Education or a related field is essential.
  • Qualified Teacher Status.
  • Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with students and parents.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the curriculum
  • Demonstrated ability in behaviour management techniques that promote a positive learning environment.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and improvement in teaching practices.
